Join The American Theatre of Harlem on this jo urney of discovery.  Joe Turner's Come and Gone is the second in a series of August Wilso n's The Century Cycle, which chronicled the struggles and lives of African Americans in the 20 th century. Joe Turner's Come and Gone is set in the second decade of the 20th century and chro nicles the lives of a few freed former enslaved Af rican Americans in the North. Deals with the confl icts of racism and discrimination.
