Brakes and Gears: Installing, adjusting and tightening derailleur and brake cables. Learn how to fix skipping gears and rubbing brake pads.
The second Sunday of every month focuses on brakes and gears. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and expertise. There's no need to do the classes in order, or go to the beginner's class before any others. As always, people can use the tools to repair their own bikes, though they cannot expect guidance for the mechanics. People who want to work on their own bikes and need the help of a mechanic should come to the Open Workshop every Thursday nite.Workshop may last shorter than 2 hours.
