Transgender and Gender Non Conforming people navigate extreme, abusive, unjust discrimination when trying to access government benefits in New York City. Come to a Know Your Rights Training that was developed by trans and gender non conforming people who face discrimination at the hands of HRA.

The People's Self Defense Campaign (PSDC) of the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement is hosting a Know Your Rights Workshop on Friday, April 27 from 6:30-8:00PM. The workshop will be held at Freebrook Academy located at 375 Stuyvesant Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11233 (corner of Decatur Street). Take the A or C train to Utica Avenue.

This is a free and open workshop for MXGM members and community members who are non-MXGM. Free t-shirts will be given to attendees at the end of the workshop. Please forward to your networks including friends and family!
