HOW MUCH DO BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS BARGAINS COST?
THE LIVES OF WORKERS.

ON NOV. 25TH, 112 BANGLADESHI GARMENT WORKERS, MOSTLY WOMEN, WERE KILLED IN A GARMENT FACTORY FIRE IN BANGLADESH. THEY WERE MAKING CLOTHES FOR WALMART, SEARS, AND DISNEY.

U.S. CORPORATIONS REFUSE TO COMPENSATE THE FAMILIES, DON’T ALLOW WORKERS TO UNIONIZE, AND PAY $37 A MONTH PER WORKER. OVER 600 WORKERS HAVE DIED IN SUCH FIRES IN BANGLADESH SINCE 2006.

COME DEMAND CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY.

DRUM is visiting the workers communities in Bangladesh now, raising funds & petitions to support their fight.

New Yorkers deserve the truth. Join us at the No More Lies town hall to find out what Walmart doesn’t want you to know about their plans for NYC, and learn how we can fight back!
