Lenny will speak on Native American Spirituality, the Prison System, Environmental Issues Affecting Native Lands and Native American Prisoner of War Leonard Peltier.

Lenny Foster of the Diné Nation is the Director of the Navajo Nation Corrections Project and the Spiritual Advisor for more than 2,000 Indian inmates in ninety-six state and federal prisons in the Western U.S. He has co-authored legislation in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado allowing Native American spiritual and religious practice in prison and resulting in significant reductions in prison returns.

As a movement of First People's it has challenged the environment violations and legacies of broken treaties. Sylvia McAdam (co-founder of Idle No More) and Kerry Coast author of the Colonial Present discuss the history of the Idle No More movement and its next steps.

Learn how to true and wheel and replace broken spokes. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and expertise.
The fourth Monday of every month focuses on wheels and spokes. There's no need to do the classes in order, or go to the beginner's class before any others. As always, people can use the tools to repair their own bikes, though they cannot expect guidance for the mechanics.
